Speaker of Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova visited the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Italy
Within the framework of visit to Italy, the parliamentary representative group led by the Speaker of Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova paid a visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Italy.
Sahiba Gafarova became acquainted with the condition created in the building and with the Culture Center of Azerbaijan in Italy.
It was informed that all necessary conditions have been created in the office rooms of the Embassy for the staff of diplomatic corpus. Photo exhibitions indicating the major points of Azerbaijan-Italy relations, President Ilham Aliyev’s visits to the liberated areas, and books published in Italy with regard to Azerbaijan have been put in the meeting rooms.
Azerbaijan’s state attributes, national craftmanship, as well as shabaka were utilized in the interior design of the Culture Center. In the exhibition halls of the Centre, various exhibits representing the Azerbaijani history are presented.
It was reminded that books published in Italian by Haydar Aliyev Foundation on Azerbaijani culture, art, handicraft, drawings on rocks, miniature art, national music, jewelry materials, carpets are exhibited at the Azerbaijan Culture Center. Furthermore, the books published in Italy with regard to Azerbaijan’s history, culture, literature, foreign policy are presented here.
In the courtyard of the Embassy building, “Khari Bulbul” maquettes created by the winners of Khari Bulbul International Art Festival are displayed.
