Azerbaijani Defense Minister pays official visit to Italy
A delegation led by the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, paid an official visit to the Republic of Italy.
As part of the visit, the delegation visited the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Italy.
Then, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov met with his Italian counterpart Guido Crosetto.
In accordance with the protocol, the defense ministers passed in front of the guard of honor at the official welcoming ceremony. Then the national anthems of both countries were played.
The meeting, which was also attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Italy Rashad Aslanov, discussed relations and prospects based on strategic partnership between our countries.
The meeting also discussed the further development of cooperation in the military, military-technical, military-educational fields and issues of mutual interest.
