First graduates of the Italy-Azerbaijan University celebrate their achievement
The Master’s program is offered under the Italy-Azerbaijan University project jointly by LUISS University and ADA University. Students study for two years in both Baku and Rome, earning diplomas from both universities.
The “Graduation Day” event was organized as part of a visit to Italy by a delegation led by Elkin Nurmammadov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at ADA University. During the visit, the delegation reviewed the progress of the collaboration with LUISS University within the Italy-Azerbaijan University project. A new agreement was also signed to continue the dual-degree Master’s program in the next cycle.
The visit concluded with a reception hosted by Antonio Maiocchi, LUISS University Vice-Rector for Internationalization, at the university’s Viale Romania campus. The event was attended by Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Italy Rashad Aslanov, and Ambassador to the Holy See Ilgar Mukhtarov.
Currently, ADA University offers eight undergraduate and two Master’s programs within the Italy-Azerbaijan University project, three of which are dual-degree programs. These programs are implemented under cooperation agreements with five leading Italian universities.
